Exercise
Had swum for 2 consecutive weekends, though I am not good at it. Looks like my arms and legs are not working very well together during swimming, it takes me more energy/time to swim across the pool. Still feeling good and hope I can keep it up, at least doing exercise once per week (not necessary swimming). As I'm getting older, fat is growing in a much faster speed.
P.S. To make good use of the facilities of the club house, I did a DIY hair treatment after swimming and went to the sauna room for 15mins.
